Siding replacement
Replacement is the job when repair would leave a quilt of colors. Most of those houses are vinyl from the 80s and 90s that has gotten brittle, or a storm that took more than a few panels.
What we look at first
Soft sheathing, missing wrap, and rotten window trim change the scope before a panel is ordered. We would rather say that on the call than discover it after a crew is standing there.
